Oliver's at the Camas Hotel is a restaurant and cocktail bar with kerbside seating and a private second floor atrium located in historic downtown Camas on the ground floor of the Camas Hotel.
Chefs Morris Fenton and Gwyn Manney create simply prepared and artfully presented modern North American cuisine using local, regional and seasonal ingredients.
Wherever possible we cook everything just for you and the guests at your table. Vegetables are cooked to order so they'll be firm and retain all of the flavor and color they had when we bought them earlier in the day. Meats are cooked as perfectly as we know how.

Gwyn and Morris first worked together only several short years ago at a large Hilton property in Portland. Morris was a career changer and already working as a Sous Chef, Gwyn was attending culinary school full-time while running a large and very busy prep kitchen. This was the beginning for this dynamic team. In 2007 Morris became Executive Chef of Vesta Restaurant and she the Chef de Cuisine and when he then took on the Executive Chef job at The View Point Inn this team stayed together and really started to make their mark on the local culinary scene. |
